Our McDonald’s relationship began when a local owner who needed a more streamlined application process. Since ownership across Alabama varies from location-to-location, our goal was to ensure our applicants were only applying to our client’s available positions.
Step one in our solution was to create a Responsive Rich Media campaign that both positioned McDonald’s as a viable option for employment, as well as highlight the available positions. Step two was to drive engagement to the right places. Instead of driving users directly to the McDonald’s corporate site, we gathered together all of the available positions and created a landing page to intentionally drive traffic to our client’s job applications.
